"Development of Socio-Economic Condition of Miserable, Widow, Husband Abandoned & Extremely Poor People by Employment Work Training"
Objectives
The objective and aim of the Project is to provide intensive Training on Driving cum Auto Mechanics and Computer Office Applications to Miserable, Widow, Husband Abandoned & Extreme Poor People in 23 Upazilas under 5 districts of the south-west part of Bangladesh.
- To reduce poverty by creating employment opportunities;
- To reduce the unemployment problem in relevant areas;
- To improve the socio-economic condition by creating skilled manpower;
- To contribute in forming digital Bangladesh with the Government;
- To reduce gender and income inequalities and
To alleviate unemployment and poverty due to Corona Pandemic.
Target of the Project:
The objective and aim of the Project is to provide intensive Training on Driving cum Auto Mechanics and Computer Office Applications to Miserable, Widow, Husband Abandoned & Extreme Poor People in 23 Upazilas under 5 districts of the south-west part of Bangladesh.
- To make 6600 capable unemployed men and women living below poverty line in remote villages earnable and self-reliant by training them in ‘Driving cum auto mechanics’ and ‘Computer office applications.
- To make 2700 capable unemployed men and women of the project area into skilled manpower through intensive training in ‘Driving cum auto mechanics’ and 3900 persons in ‘Computer office applications’ among the educated/less educated person of the project area.
- To provide assistance in obtaining employment and license of the trained people through the Project.
- To make the destitute men and women of the Project area into good/worthy citizens of the country by increasing their income generation/earnings of their personal and family life by making them work properly through the proposed training.
- To ensure the participation of helpless man and women of the Project intervention area for involving development activities of the country.
- To play a positive role in the socio-economic development of the concerned area by creating awareness and encouraging self-employment among the destitute, orphaned and poor men, widows’ destitute women of the Project area during the training period.
- To create opportunities of equality between men and woman
- To solve deplorable condition in project area’s unemployment and economic distress condition among the poor and needy people by following other part of the Bangladesh those are affected by Corona.
